　　XIANNING Sep. 9(www.xnnews.com.cn) reported by Liu Zichuan, Peng Zhigang, Tong Jinjian and Zhang Jie China Organic Agricultural Products Expo & 1st Qing Dark (Black) Brick Tea Trade Fair on September 7 was solemnly opened in Chibi.

　　Hu Ping (Ex-member of CPC Central Committee, Ex-member of Standing Committee of CPPCC and Ex-minister of Ministry of Commerce), He Jihai (Ex-deputy minister of Ministry of Internal Trade and Honorary Chairman of China General Chamber of Commerce), Li Yucai (Ex-deputy minister of Ministry of Forestry and Director of China Green Fortune Forum Organizing Committee), Jiang Ming (Executive Vice Chairman and Secretary-general of China General Chamber of Commerce), Liang Renkan (Chairman of China Federation of Urban Commercial Outlets Construction Administration), Chen Zongmao (Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and a tea expert), Xuan Chunlei (Director of National Business Planning and Management Office, Vice Chairman and Secretary-general of China Federation of Urban Commercial Outlets Construction Administration), Wang Qing (Executive Vice Chairman of China Tea Marketing Association), Liang Rong (Deputy Secretary-general and Director of Convention & Exhibition Department of China General Chamber of Commerce), Yang Yajun (Director of Tea Research Institution, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences), Wang Ling (Deputy Director of Standing Committee of Hubei Provincial People’s Congress), Lv Zhongmei (Vice Chairman of CPPCC Hubei Provincial Committee), and municipal leaders: Ren Zhenhe, Ding Xiaoqiang, Hu Jianhua, Wu Hui, Hu Yujun and Yan Yingzi attended the opening ceremony.

　　On the opening ceremony Hu Ping, Wang Ling, Lv Zhongmei and Ren Zhenhe jointly inaugurated “China Green Ecological Industry Exhibition & Trade Base”. He Jihai and Wang Qing awarded the plaques: “China Organic Agricultural Products Expo” and “Home of China Black Brick Tea” to Chibi City.

　　Jiang Ming said that this expo is the first high level and high standard green ecological industry summit which offers a more influential national level exchange platform and a more abundant international commercial resource for green ecological industry and relevant industries. It set up an exhibition, exchange and cooperation platform and created a giant business opportunity for manufacturers, retailers and purchasers at home and abroad in green ecological industry, which will fully promote technical progress and development of green ecological industry.

　　Ding Xiaoqiang said that food is the first necessity of the people, and safety is the first thing for food. With green concept enjoying popular support green and healthy consumption increasingly becomes a happy expectation of the people. Chibi Municipal Party Committee and Government rely on local ecological resources to give play to comparative advantage: take great pains to build China Green Ecological Industry Exhibition & Trade Base to energetically develop black brick tea industry and actively race to control a commanding point of industrial development; and black brick tea industry will certainly become an important engine to lead new round of leaping development of Chibi. Xianning Municipal Party Committee and Government will fully support Chibi to build China Green Ecological Industry Exhibition & Trade Base, sincerely looking forward to strengthening cooperation with more regions and more merchants to seek win-win development and co-create a better future.

　　It’s reported that on the two-day expo tea experts and tea culture experts conducted deep discussion around a series of topics, such as “Eurasian 10 000-li road of tea and Yangloudong”, signed a written proposal on sponsoring establishment of Eurasian 10 000-li road of tea cultural federation; over 20 enterprises at home and abroad signed with Chibi City. The expo attracted near 400 exhibitors and 200 purchasers at home and abroad, contract value totaling 1.14 billion yuan.
